If you would like to pick up your order from your local Botanic Baby store, we offer a free of charge Collect option for all retail orders.
Simple select the 'Pick up' option at the bottom of your cart and follow the prompts to input your details.
Please wait till you have received a 'Ready to Collect' notification via email before you pop in to pick up your order at an arranged time.
Nappy Wash Service
All Nappy Wash Services are currently delivery/collection required which is included in the subscription and are strictly within the Greater Melbourne area, each zone has a dedicated day for the service.
